Under the authority of section 4 the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Eddie Joyce, to the Executive Council of the Province as Minister of Municipal Affairs; Registrar General; Minister Responsible for Fire and Emergency Services; Minister of Service Newfoundland and Labrador; Minister Responsible for the Government Purchasing Agency, and Minister Responsible for Workplace NL, with effect from December 14, 2015.
