Under the authority of section 4 the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Cathy Bennett, to the Executive Council of the Province as Minister of Finance; President of Treasury Board; Minister Responsible for the Human Resource Secretariat; Minister Responsible for the Office of the Chief Information Officer; Minister Responsible for the Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation; Minister Responsible for the Public Service Commission; and Minister Responsible for the Status of Women, with effect from December 14, 2015.
