Under the authority of section 4 the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Gerald Francis Byrne, as Minister of Advanced Education and Skills, with effect from December 14, 2015.
