Under the authority of section 3 of the Parliamentary Secretaries Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Graham Letto as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Minister of Service Newfoundland and Labrador, with effect from December 18, 2015.
