Under the authority of section 128 of the Constitution Act, 1867 and section 5 of the House of Assembly Accountability, Integrity and Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to provide for the issuance of a Proclamation to request the persons elected to be Members of the Forty Eighth House of Assembly of Newfoundland and Labrador to gather in the House of Assembly Chamber on Friday, December 18, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. for the purpose of taking their Oaths or Affirmations of Allegiance and their Oaths or Affirmations of Office.
