Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to provide for the issuance of a Proclamation to summon the Members of the Forty-Eighth House of Assembly of Newfoundland and Labrador to meet for the dispatch of business on Friday, December 18, 2015, at 2:00 p.m., and to signify that they should proceed to choose some person to be their Speaker and to present such person for the Lieutenant Governor’s approbation on the date on which the purposes for which the General Assembly has been called together are to be declared.
