Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services & Transportation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to permanently close that section of abandoned highway reservation at or near Route 350-17 contained within the boundaries of a legal survey on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council delineating an area of 0.209 hectare and to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to transfer title to the same to Mr. Terrence Cooper.
