Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Debbie Dunphy as Assistant Deputy Minister (Corporate Services), in the Department of Advanced Education and Skills, on an acting basis, effective January 18, 2016, with salary at an appropriate step on the 1312 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
