Under the authority of subsection 12(4) ofthe Research and Development Council Act,

the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Mark Ploughman as

Chief Executive Officer of the Research and Development Council, on an acting basis,

effective January 18, 2016, with a 10% increase applied to his current salary, and a

further salary differential of 1% above the salary of the highest paid subordinate, with

normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.

The salary adjustments shall be retroactive to the date of appointment and apply for the

duration of the acting appointment only. (Revoked by OC2017-218)
