Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Carla Foote as Associate Secretary to Cabinet (Communications), effective January 18, 2016, with salary at an appropriate step on the 1856 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
