Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act, section 5 of the Financial Administration Act, and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Donna Brewer as Deputy Minister of Finance and Secretary of the Treasury Board, effective June 20, 2013, with salary set at Step 25 on the 2556 Point Scale in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures and with general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
