Under the authority of section 19 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council, whereas he considers it right and conducive to the public good, is pleased to authorize the remission of the obligation of Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Limited under the Forestry Act and the Forest Land Management and Taxation Regulations to pay managed land tax in 2012/13, 2013/14, 2014/15, 2015/16 and 2016/17.
