Under the authority of section 3 of the Real Estate Trading Act and section 3 of the Mortgage Brokers Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. John O’Brien as Superintendent of Real Estate Agents and Salespersons, and Registrar of Mortgage Brokers, effective February 1, 2016.
