Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Krista Quinlan as Assistant Secretary to Cabinet (Economic Policy), within Executive Council, effective February 8, 2016, with salary at an appropriate step of the 1560 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, and with normal step progression and general salary increases to apply.
