Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Wanda Wiseman as the Assistant Deputy Minister (Fisheries), in the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture, on an acting basis, effective February 8, 2016, with salary at an appropriate step on the 1450 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with a position description to be forwarded by Ms. Wiseman to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of her date of appointment, the outcome of which is to place her, retroactive to February 8, 2016, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which she has been appointed herein, and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
