Executive Council Act
Under the authority of subsection 11(3) of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the amendment of Economic Diversification and Growth Enterprise Company Contract #1314 by deleting the corporate name “Orphan Industries Limited” and substituting therefor “D.F. Barnes Fabrication Limited”.
