Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act and the written recommendation of the Treasury Board, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development to pre-commit up to $47,800 against is budgetary appropriations in 2016-17 to EFCO Enterprises Limited to facilitate the award of a contract for the installation of a mechanical dehumidification system at École Notre-Dame-du-Cap.
