Under the authority of section 25 of the Act to Amend the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act, SNL 2014, Chapter 6, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor to proclaim the Act to Amend the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act, SNL 2014, Chapter 6, into force on February 26, 2016, with the exception of:
 a) in section 11 - subsection 134.5(1); and
 b) in section 15 - subsections 156.1(1), (2) and (3).
