Under the authority of subsection 145(1) of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make regulations entitled “Offshore Petroleum Financial Requirements Regulations” for promulgation on February 26, 2016.
