Under the authority of subsection 198.2(1) of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make regulations entitled “Offshore Petroleum Administrative Monetary Penalties Regulations” for promulgation on February 26, 2016.
