Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funding of $43,500 against its budgetary appropriations for each of 2016/17, 2017/2018, 2018/2019, and 2019/20 to facilitate the award of a contract to MOBIA Technology Innovations for support and maintenance of an internet optimization and monitoring solution.
