Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act and the written recommendation of the Treasury Board, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development to pre-commit up to $122,908.30 against its budgetary appropriations in 2016-17 to facilitate the award of a contract to Newfoundland & Labrador Mobile Shelters Limited (operating as NL Modular) for the installation of one modular classroom for Coley’s Point Primary.
