Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Colleen Janes as the Deputy Minister in the Department of Municipal Affairs, effective June 27, 2013, with salary at Step 14 of the 2328 Point Scale in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
