Under the authority of subsection 357(2) of the Corporations Act and on the advice of the Attorney General, the Lieutenant- Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the execution of a Deed of Conveyance of the interest of Her Majesty in Right of Newfoundland and Labrador in and to property in Bacon Cove, Conception Harbour, NL, as more particularly described in the boundary survey on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to Agatha Regina Dalton, in a form to be approved by the Department of Justice and Public Safety, and on the conditions that the Attorney General may determine.
