Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(b) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal Affairs to issue a Crown lands lease to Gray Aqua Group Limited for aquaculture purposes, situated in Hermitage-Sandyville, NL, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable to such leases.
