Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit funds against its budgetary appropriations as follows: $2,897,300 in 2016-17; $2,899,000 in 2017-18; $2,964,400 in 2018-19; $3,032,900 in 2019-20; and $2,818,500 in 2020-21, to facilitate the award of a five-year contract to FONEMED for the provision of a HealthLine (811) service.
