Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act, section 20 of the Financial Administration Act, and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Ann Marie Miller as Comptroller General of Finance in the Department of Finance, effective June 29, 2013, at her current salary and point scale and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
