Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Environment and Conservation to pre-commit funds of up to $280,000, against its budgetary appropriations in 2016-17, to facilitate the extension of the climate change flood risk mapping study contract for the Waterford River area.
