Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds in the amount of $4,822,100, against its budgetary appropriations in 2016-17, to facilitate the extension of contracts for the provision of ferry services between Francois-Grey River-Burgeo, Gaultois-McCallum-Hermitage, and South East Bight-Petite Forte.
