Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funds against its budgetary appropriations as follows: $1,500,000 in 2016-17 and 2017-18.
