Under the authority of subsection 12(2) of the Crop Insurance Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance, on the written requisition of the Minister Responsible for the Forestry and Agrifoods Agency, to advance the amount of $100,000 to the Newfoundland and Labrador Crop Insurance Agency for use as working capital.
