Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funds in the amount of $1,150,000 against its budgetary appropriations in the 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018-19 fiscal years, to facilitate an agreement with Rimini Street for Oracle support and maintenance services.
