Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Daryl Genge as Deputy Minister of the Department of Business, Tourism, Culture and Rural Development, on an acting basis, effective April 4, 2016, with salary at an appropriate step on the 2328 Point Scale and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
