Under the authority of section 6, subsection 7(3), and section 9 of the Energy Corporation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to:
a) appoint Mr. H. Stanley Marshall as a member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Nalcor Energy, effective April 21, 2016; and
b) authorize the Board of Directors of Nalcor Energy to enter into a Service Contract with Mr. H. Stanley Marshall, a copy of which is to be placed on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
