Under the authority of section 6 and subsection 7(3) of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. H. Stanley Marshall as a member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro, effective April 21, 2016.
