Under the authority of section 39 of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to direct the shareholders and the Boards of Directors of the Churchill Falls (Labrador) Corporation Limited and the Lower Churchill Development Corporation Limited, to take all measures necessary to effect the appointment of Mr. H. Stanley Marshall as a member of the Board of Directors of each of these corporations, for the duration of his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of the Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro.
