Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Cindy Hussey as the Assistant Deputy Clerk of the Executive Council, effective July 22, 2013, with salary at Step 20 of the 1216 Point Scale, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of her date of appointment, the outcome of which is to place her, retroactive to July 22, 2013, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which she has been appointed herein.
