Under the authority of section 40 of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal Affairs to issue a Crown lands grant for 4,190m², as defined in application C-145491 and situated at Bottle Head Pond, Millers Waters, to Mr. William Lush, for the purpose of a recreational cottage, subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such grants.
