Under the authority of section 40 of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal Affairs to issue a Crown lands grant for 1,913m², as defined in application C-145358 and situated at Culls Harbour, to Mr. Angus Bradley, for the purpose of a residence, subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such grants.
