Under the authority of subsection 7(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal Affairs to issue a Crown lands lease to Mr. Peter Noer for aquaculture purposes, near Hopeall, Trinity Bay, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable to such leases.
