Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal Affairs to issue a Licence to Occupy to Mr. James Reid, for an area of land comprising 18m² in the Town of Heart’s Delight-Islington, as defined in application E-146737, for the purpose of a wharf, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable to such licences.
