Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(d) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal Affairs to issue a Crown lands grant to Mr. Walter MacDonald, for an area not exceeding 225m², as defined in application W-146368 and situated in the Town of Burgeo, for the purpose of two existing residences, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable to such grants.
