Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(d) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal Affairs to issue a Crown lands grant to Ms. Mamie Childs, for an area not exceeding 11.25m², as defined in application W-141809 and situated in Lark Harbour, for the purpose of an existing residence, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable to such grants.
