Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to close permanently and transfer to the Minister of Municipal Affairs, a section of abandoned highway reservation at South Branch, Codroy Valley, comprising a parcel of land measuring 1.056 hectares, as described in Annex B to the Minister’s Submission.
