Under the authority of section 16 of the Auditor General Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to request that the Auditor General inquire into and report on the appropriateness of the severance benefits received by Mr. Ed Martin upon cessation of his employment as Chief Executive Officer of Nalcor Energy.
