Under the authority of paragraph 5.5(1)(c) and section 6 of the Elections Act, 1991 and paragraph 34(8)(c) and subsection 34(11) of the House of Assembly Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the House of Assembly Management Commission, is pleased to appoint Mr. Bruce Chaulk as acting Chief Electoral Officer and acting Commissioner for Legislative Standards until such time as the positions are permanently filled, with remuneration to be fixed at EP-06, Step 1, for this assignment.
