Under the authority of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Maxwell Harvey as Assistant Deputy Minister (Marine Transportation) with the Department of Transportation and Works in St. John's, effective January 21, 2013, with salary at Step 18 on the 1560 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, and with normal step progression and general increases to apply.
