Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal Affairs to issue a Licence to Occupy to Mr. Ian Costello, for an area of land comprising 50m² fronting on Middle Gull Pond, as defined in application E-148070, for the purpose of an existing boathouse and wharf, subject to terms and conditions normally applicable to such licences.
