Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal Affairs to issue a Licence to Occupy to Mr. Mario Walsh, for an area of land comprising 45m² on Water Street East, in Marystown, as defined in application E-146754, for the purpose of a wharf, subject to terms and conditions normally applicable to such licences.
