Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal Affairs to issue a Licence to Occupy to Mr. Bradley Keats, for an area of land comprising 40m² in Bunyan’s Cove, as defined in application E-148334, for the purpose of a wharf, subject to terms and conditions normally applicable to such licences.
